Jyoti Yadav IPS was born on 26 November 1987 in Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana. She grew up in a well-settled family in Haryana. Rakesh Yadav, father of her was known for his commitment to social service and education. He always encouraged his children to study well and serve society. Sadly, her father passed away in June 2024 after a brief illness.
