This brought financial pressure on the family. But her father never let money become a barrier to her education. He always told her to study as much as she wanted.
Mohita is the only child of her parents. In traditional Indian society, some people still believe a family without a son is incomplete. These taunts hurt her family. But they also made Mohita more determined. She wanted to prove everyone wrong and make her parents proud.
